T2 (orTea too) is a chain of tea shops established in Australia by Maryanne Shearer and Jan O’Connor in 1996 and was purchased by Unilever in 2013. T2 wanted a reputable SEO agency to help them optimise their global website in order to increase sales and overall online traffic. This would involve improving the Organic website performance across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and South West Asia.
Impressive Digital’s analysis highlighted that several technical issues with each part of the site had contributed to not only a reduction in the organic rankings but also a reduction in organic traffic as a result. As each website tried to automatically identify the location of each user, hard-coded site files were set up to try and control this.
Technical changes did not form the only part of the SEO campaign. A large part of the campaign would relate to the weekly production of content embedded with relevant keywords.
From optimising top-level parent pages such as the homepage to the induvial categories, content writers worked diligently with T2 to produce content that was not only friendly to Search Engines, but that stayed true to the brand’s voice and communication style. Impressive identified the top performing categories and liaised with T2 to make sure those categories were ideal for optimisation.
Comparing website progress from October 2018 to February 2019 against the same time last year, T2’s international websites saw increases of organic traffic ranging from 2.6% – 45.88% across the globe.
After reaching a plateau in online traffic, global brand awareness and conversions, Misha Collection wanted to expand their already wildly successful designer label into new and emerging markets.

Our SEO outreach considerably boosted organic traffic and firmly cemented the Misha brand in the public eye on a global scale. Organic traffic increased by over 200% and social traffic went up by 87%. The value of each individual order also got a 35% boost.
Home Timber & Hardware
Home Timber & Hardware is a national wholesale and retail hardware chain. With more than 350 stores located across Australia’s cities and regions, they were looking for a more hands-on approach to their marketing that would help them dominate the hardware market. They approached Impressive hot off a successful marketing campaign hungry for more.
They asked for a closer relationship and Impressive delivered. Taking the time to understand their objectives, we took their successes and doubled down on them, building a multi-channel campaign that was more effective and more efficient.
Primarily focused on Google Ads and paid social, our strategists built a money-making machine that provided potential retail and wholesale clients with what they needed when they needed it.
Our numbers speak for themselves. A targeted Google Ads gave Home Timber & Hardware a direct line to potential customers, leading to a 50% jump in paid Ads revenue.

Sofia The Label
Sofia the Label is a cutting-edge Australian design house creating wearable and stylish eveningwear that exudes a progressive femininity and a playful aesthetic. After being dazzled by their Instagram ads, we reached out to them offering to take them onboard. Looking to further grow their brand here while expanding at home and abroad, they accepted.
Impressive built out an omni-channel campaign that hit their customers where they were – social media. Our carefully structured funnel strategy leaned heavily on Instagram and Facebook – the two biggest playgrounds for their customers – gradually taking potential buyers on a journey from discovery to consideration and ultimately conversion.
True to our word, the campaign for Sofia the Label was an enormous success. Site traffic more than doubled, helping them get those crucial eyeballs that every designer needs to generate buzz. A 59% increase in transactions put more money in their pockets – crucial for their next step of expanding overseas. So impressed by our work, Sofia the Label retained us to help them expand into the US market, opening up millions of potential customers to them.
A national name in caravans, Market Direct Campers has been providing Australia’s nomads with comfortable, durable off-road camper trailers and caravans for years. No stranger to success, they approached Impressive looking to both grow their bottom line while decreasing ad spend. One of the top 10% of Facebook ad spends in the country, there was huge potential to preserve and extend current gains while improving campaign efficiency.
Market Direct Campers wanted better direction on their budget from an agency and we delivered. Our social and paid search experts got to work optimising their current setup, creating new campaigns and retargeting existing ones to home in on the most valuable customers. Their industry first ‘no fee’ model allows them to help more people in more places, but they needed to reach them first. With little in the way of marketing, the client was keen to build a name for his business, bringing Impressive on board to drive paid and organic traffic to the site.
Impressive undertook considerable work on this campaign, deploying a purpose-designed landing page that we drove Google Ads traffic to. Simultaneously, we supported the client through building a website with a third-party developer, ensuring that it was constructed strictly to Google guidelines from the first line of code. A thorough onsite complete with SEO content and blog creation helped build authority and user value into the site.
Both wings of the campaign achieve exceptional results for the client. Our SEO efforts achieved a 328% increase in overall rankings, driving a 200% jump in organic conversions that immediately put more people in touch with u-Law.
Meanwhile, our Google Ads campaign increased impression share by 153%, helping campaign clicks jump a big 453%. Those numbers translated into real enquiries, with paid conversions growing by 133%.

Horner’s aim was to boost enquiries and find a way to track conversions.
Impress!ve set up a conversion tracking structure so we could effectively monitor where leads where coming from. We worked on onsite SEO to increase organic traffic and encourage more enquiries for Horner.

As some of the city’s most sought-after event managers, Melbourne’s Best Functions needed a marketing strategy that would mirror their own high ambitions.
The brand wasn’t seeing the growth they wanted from their last digital marketing agency and felt that a high number of account management switch-ups was disrupting their campaign. They approached Impressive for a more comprehensive strategy and an all-hands-on-deck attitude.
